How I Work

My career has never fit a single lane. The private sector sharpened my precision. The public sector taught me patience and the long arc of change. Community work continues to ground me in what leadership actually costs and what it gives back. I arrive with genuine curiosity about who you are and what you're actually navigating, not just what's in the brief.

I've trained with both Co-Active Training Institute and ACT Leadership Network. I am also the lead designer and facilitator for Leaders Lab, a program of the Hawaii Leadership Forum.
